He serves as a Professor at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Cardiology at St. John’s Medical College. With a distinguished career focused on cardiovascular disease, heart failure, cardiac transplantation, precision medicine, and cardio-oncology, Dr. Baliga has made significant contributions through both medical research and teaching. He has served as editor of multiple medical and cardiology textbooks and on the editorial board of several journals, including the Journal of the American College of Cardiology, Global Heart Journal, and Heart Failure Clinics of North America.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Jayashree is actively involved in community service. She serves on the Board of Asha Ray Hope Columbus, a non-profit organization dedicated to victims of domestic abuse. She also co-founded the Indian Women’s Collaboration, a non-profit dedicated to advocating for women’s rights and supporting their socio-economic development.
